Do you have dial tone? If so, did you call your cell to make sure of what the number is? Do you have your phone plugged into the Tel1 port on the rear Are Tel 1 lights solid on your gateway? If not, reset the gateway. If still no lights, call in and make sure it’s provisioned properly If it’s a ported number don’t do anything with the previous provider until you can make inbound and outbound calls successfully.
