What if any restrictions are using a dedicated service entrance to a new construction residential  home

You run the conduit to the new construction. Terminate where you want the service entrance.

Thank you for your reply

I should explain further.  This is regarding an Aerial drop for Comcast Cable and AT&T lines both originating from the nearest PG&E pole in the rear yard.

I installed two dedicated  service entrnaces located near the main PG&E  service entrance.

My question: are there any local code or restrictions I should be aware which would prevent the use of these service entrances.
