"Something has gone wrong" error message in Voice > Voice Service page

Naturally, I've already received my first bill but my Voice service isn't even working yet.

 

I see that "Something has gone wrong" error message in red font - even though the account says it's activated as of 4/5.  I've restarted the modem & Gateway about 5 times now.

The tech must have crossed the wires?
