problems porting phone number

problems porting phone number

About a week ago i switched to comcast phone service, porting my verizon phone number.  Under my account it has my "Voicemail with my assigned comcast phone number"  under that it has "Voicemail with my ported verizon phone number"  then it says under that "Something has gone wrong"  Does this mean the number porting is in the process or has something really gone wrong?

Hi, vodka357 - Apologies for the delayed response. I can see that phone number was successfully ported on 10/02. Are you having any issues with your service?
