my number shows up as anonymus when I call others and often they won't answer

When I am calling someone, my phone number will not appear on their caller ID and often their phone will not accept anonymous calls. I have to dail *82 then the number. I have two lines in the house and only 1 gives me this problem and that didn't start until I called because the Caller ID feature had never been activated on the second number. Now incoming number show on the phone and the TV screen, but I can't call certain individuals when dialing out.

- Your name, address, both phone numbers

- Phone numbers that you can't call when dialing out
