I live in AZ and we do not observe Daylight Saving Time. My time stamp when someone leaves a voice mail has been incorrect since DST went into effect this year. I've called customer support several times trying to remedy the issue and so far nothing. Every time someone leaves a voice mail, it has the wrong time stamp. I find it hard to believe with all the tens of thousands of customers Comcast has in AZ, that we're being singled out or that Comcast has no solution for this. We reset the time on all of our cordless phones as well, and every time a call comes in the time gets reset to Mountain Daylight Time. What gives?
