Strange problems with outgoing and incoming calls

Strange problems with outgoing and incoming calls

My concern is about security of my voice line.  Here is a sample of many such problems:

-Thursday, 2:09 p.m., 11/3/02017 – call rec'd with 1 + 8 0s

-Connect Voice-s: Shows me placing calls to numbers that I didn’t call (at NTAH THCY, CA for example)

-7 missed calls from Paulsboro NJ, some at exactly the same time

-A friend reported the call screener on their end reported a different name than mine

-Connect Voice: Regularly shows me placing calls I did not make

-At least one local call from a man who claimed I was calling him a lot (never heard of him); I have saved a recording of him threatening to sue me

-Calls received showing multiple different phone numbers at the same time

-I suspect spoofers but have no idea what to do about it

Any help out there?
