Restart Modem and router

Lately I have to restart modem and router once a week? What's up?

The equipment is struggling to maintain connections..... your best bet os to call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and request a TECH onsite evaluate and make the necessary repairs to cease this from happening
