We have had dropped calls since last year.  We have had a service tech come out, had the phones reset, unplugged the modem and purchased new phones. Calls coming in will only last about 3-5 seconds and then disconnect but will not release the line for another 5 so you can't call back without getting a busy signal. I have had sever Chats with online help , they promise to elevate the trouble ticket and send someone out but nothing has happened.   What is left to do to find problem.  The city recently moved the power pole our services were attached to and the issue started soon after but we were told this is not the problem.  Is there a solution?
