Experiencing the constantly dropped calls also for about 10 days now. Have had two different Comcast techs out - one replaced the modem (and put it directly next to the TV which is where you aren't supposed to put it) and the other says it's interference from either inside the building or outside. This doesn't provide a fix to an ongoing problem! Paying for phone service that doesn't exist! HELP!

Hi judym1129 -- Apologies for your continual phone issues. I reviewed your account that there was a tech visit today. I'm following up on this visit to see if the tech was able to get your phone service restored and working as intended.

Yes, the tech visit on Tuesday was finally successful...at least so far! It was apparently another bad modem. Hard to believe we had two bad ones in a row but so far it's working with the third one. Thx for responding. I wasn't convinced a third tech would fix the issue so was trying to cover all bases. Thx.
