Phone line issues

My phone isn't working it says no line, I've reset the box unplugged everything waited plugged back in after resetting modem still not connected

If this happens, you may be in either a maintenance outage or an unplanned outage....  if you have a smartphone, the MyAccount APP can usually inform you of any outages and you can use it to report the issue.   Other option is to call Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR but that would mean you need the smartphone.

Hello Ckotchey. I can assist you with your phone service not working. I have confirmed you are currently not in any service interruptions. Can you please tell me if the "Tel 1" light is on? This light is on the front of your modem, and is the 6th light from the top.
