Hi I'm currently looking to add a phone line, but it needs to be an analog landline service not voip. No one seems to know how to provide this information. 

P.s. I do not know if i have these connections so i will need a tech to investigate thx.

You will need to contact the landline provider in your area for this request.  Xfinity only provides VOIP service.

Contact a company like AT&T or Verizon and ask them about POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service).
