If the phone on the BASE unit is working and the SATELLITE phones are not, it would seem that the wireless signals between the base station and the satellite units is weak or nonexistent.   Something may be interfering with the (900, 1.9g, 2.4g or 5g) home phone systems...

Re: Keep losing signal on home phones

I also have the same problem - I keep losing signal on my home phones. I'd appreciate help in knowing what to do about it. The submitted reply wasn't at all helpful.
