How do I receive a Voice Security PIN? (Your web page is broken)

Xfinity is requiring me to enter a Voice Security PIN.  I do not have one set up.  There is a link to "get your pin" via text, email, etc., but when I click the link, the next page just hangs with 3 dots signifying "waiting".  How can I get my PIN?

You can call into Comcast directly at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR
