Dropping calls on both Comcast VOIP and Mobile WIFI Calling
I have been having trouble for the last several weeks with phone calls dropping. Here is what happens:
I will be on the phone and all of a sudden the person I'm talking to will no longer be able to hear my voice while I can hear theirs. We then have to hang up and then try the call about a minute or so later. The same thing happens when I am on my cell phone (AT&T) using the WIFI calling feature. If we are on both lines, the calls drop simultaneously.
I have no other problem with my internet connection. We have already replaced my modem and ran a new line to my house. Am I missing something easy?
