Answering Machine Loses Time of Day

My AT&T Answering Machine loses a few minutes of time after every call I receive. I called AT&T support and they had me set the time on my machine, then they called my machine, and were able to see remotely that the time changed after the call. They said that there was something that needed to be done by Comcast/Xfinity to resolve the issue which they think is related to the caller ID / timestamp for every call.

Help!
