You can try to see if the logs for that date are available online by logging into your account and going to: https://vm.connect.comcast.net/

 

If not listed, you will need to discuss with a Comcast CSR to see if this is possible by calling 1-800-266-2278.

Yesterday I  contacted your reps to inform them that I cannot access My voice mail because the phone number on my page is wrong, I have had the samy Number for over 30 years and some how several months the number was changed on my vouce mail page.  I was assured that the matter was taken care of, but it has not.  Please fix this problum  Ethel Reece

Did the CSR state gthey were escalating your issue?  The forums are a user-to-user support based system with very little interaction from Comcast Official employees.  For your issue, you should call back into Comcast until your issue is fixed to your satisfaction.
