voicemail still doesn't work

voicemail still doesn't work

interesting...I left a message here the other day and it's gone.  

 

well, my voicemail does not work.  when I dial *99 I get dead air and then a busy signal.  Come on, it's been doing this for a couple of weeks.  don't suggest I check online.  I want to pick up my voicemails ON THE PHONE.  Please address this issue and don't just remove the question.

I was told that someone who'd had the same problem might be able to help me.  Of course it isn't a help forum, there is  no help here.

the help ticket does not work either .  i am unable to get voice mail online, i keep getting same message

that it is not installed. each night after i go to bed i get a call from comcast saying it is fixed - however they call so late that i don't know about it until the morning. and thn of course i can't get through to them.

i think we need to either switch our phone service or learn to live with non service . if you can get voice mail on your phone do it and forget getting it on line. if you get it online and not on the phone do it online

i have had this same problem on and off since last august - we just have to learn to work with the problems as they come up and forget custoner non service. or another option is another phone company and forget comcast
