voicemail not available

voicemail not available

My voicemail is not working. When I receive an incoming call the caller cannot leave a message. When I try to call my VM it says VM not available. It was working in the past.

Something may have happened that is not your fault..... call into Comcast and ask them to verify that VoiceMail is enabled and you have that entitilement showing on your account....  A simple reset of the device will make it happen.... CSR can do that remotely.
