voicemail max rings


I was wondering what the max ring time before voicemail picks up can be set to. The reason I ask is because we have a voicemail server in-house (that we want to pick up after maybe 6 or 7 rings) and we are content using it, however we would like to have the comcast vm set to maybe 8 or 9 rings so it picks up if the server goes down or if there is ever a power outage.

The maximum ring count for voicemail is 9.  Our live chat agents have the ability to make the change on your account for you.  Smiley Happy

I just wanted to make sure it could be set far back because we are switching CDV this friday and we need to be able to use our existing voicemail server with a reasonable ring time.
