voicemail feature

don't want it- HATE that stutter tone everytime i go to make a call. How do I permanently disconnect it ?

The only thing you can do is to disable VM entirely.  You can do that by calling into Comcast and asking the CSR to remove this feature.

I did that- "LINDA"-with the thick accent, from MUMBI, INDIA told me it was removed. I still have it. Now what ? Comcast is terrible. This what happens when there's a monopoly.
