i  have triple play bundle , as i am deaf , im wondering  if voice  could  be dropped , and  still have the  regular phone service , to lower my  bill

You will need to disciuss this with a COmcast Service Rep...  you may be able to do this onine in a chat seesion if it is more convenient by going here:  https://www.comcastsupport.com/chatentry/
