voice service in western michigan

Twice in the last two weeks our voice service has had problems.  Folks on the other end answer but cannot hear us even though we can hear them.  Chat rep says comcast has had a problem since the 21st and today is the 25th. Is this typical comcast voice service?  we have only had comcast voice for less than two months so have no other history of useage

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will follow up.  CDV is very stable service, so they can do a health check on your eMTA and decide if a tech needs to come out.

I checked your account. We were doing some work within that surrounding area the last couple of weeks. The team was working on clearing up a line issue that was causing problems for other comcast customers
