 I just changed my service to a cheaper package that happened to include Voice.  I received an email today that said Comcast had called with with my PIN number... only I don't have a phone.  Does anyone know or guess where they might have called to give me this PIN number?  My cell # is on the account by no messages or emails there.  Now on xfinity.com, it tells me access to my account will be limited unless I enter my voice PIN.  ??????

For this extentuating circumstances, call into Comcast @1-800-266-2278 and speak with a CSR about your non-access to your account becuase you have no PIN.
