voice mail

My voice-mail has been unavailable for the past few days. When I call my telephone number, it just rings without the voice mail message ever being activated. Please advise. Thanks !!!

jpatton, I suggest you contact Customer Care to verify the service package you currently have. Ask them if you have voicemail service free of charge.
