voice mail

I have been trying for 3 days to access my voice mail. the page will not load even when I refresh. Please help!!

Have you all tried to completely log out of your account and then signing back in.  This is the only way it works for me. If I stay signed in and leave the page, then come back later, nothing loads up until I completely log out and then log back in.

I've had the same problem for 5 days now.

We continue to have trouble accessing voicemail. Have tried this method of getting help before but no useful response from Comcast, as yet.
