voice mail setup

voice mail setup

I woud like to setup my voice mail but when I try it says "voice mail is not active, Good bye" Online say "Sorry, voicemail is temporarily unavailable. We're working on fixing the problem." I would really like to be able use all the services that I am currently paying for. I saw another person with this issue and there was something about voice mail wasn't coded on to the account.

Comcast Official Employee (OE) replied to your post in the Customer Service Forum and you can view that reply with this link:  http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Customer-Service/new-voicemail-account/m-p/2675814

 

If you are still experiencing difficulties it would be best to reply to the Comcast OE in that forum as you will recieve quicker help that way.

Going through same exact situation, getting so frustrated, ready to be done and find another provider for internet as well it slow and seems as though nothing works that they attempt to solve.

Call into Comcast and speak with a CSR about your non working services.  If the CSR cannot assist you, the issue can be escalated up the ladder to the correct dept.
