Anyone that gets an error trying to access the voice mail page on the web, then please contact Comcast support first and they will put in a ticket to the proper dept.
If anyone has done this and it still is not working, then make a new post as each of these issues is specific to your and your account.

I believe "make a new post" means go to the Voice Mail forum page at http://forums.comcast.com/t5/Voice-Mail/bd-p/VoiceMail, click the New Message button, and enter a detailed description of the problem you are having and the steps that have been taken to solve it.
JayInAlg is correct. If you are able to access your voicemail on your Comcast phone but not online please follow these steps for me.
1. Make sure that your phone service has been installed at least 72 hours before trying to access online features.
2. Clear out the cache, cookies and history in your web browser and restart your computer.
3. If you are still experiencing issues after logging into Xfinity Connect a repair ticket will need to be opened.
