I cannot clear the voice mail notification and lights keep blinking although there is no message.   I have tried leaving a voice mail and clearing that but it doesn't seem to help.

Hi bish27, please let me know if you are still experiencing issues with your mail waiting indicator and I can perform a refresh on my side.

Thank you

Yes, I still have the problem.   Figured the next thing for me to do is contact Comcast.

Hi Bish27, thank you for the reply.  I have sent a refresh to your services, if you are still getting the MWI light please unplug the base unit taking the battery out then reset the battery and plug back in.

Thank you

Solution

I logged into comcast, went to "xfinity voice preferences" and refreshed "message wait indicator". I had to refresh it twicw, but it worked
