voice mail indicator but no messages

voice mail indicator but no messages

I have used the solution that is approved for voice mail indicator but not messages in the past and that has worked.  I have tried twice today and that still hasn't cleared it.  Very frustrated.  Any suggestions?

There is a "new" place to try...  Log into your account online and goto:  https://pf.connect.comcast.net/OptimusPref/prefs/voice

 

Once there, scroll down to Message Wait Indicator and click on Refresh.

 

Does that work?

It cleared itself up overnight.  I will keep the new solution in mind for the next time.  Thank you.
