voice bad previous owner credit

voice bad previous owner credit

We do not use the voice component of our service however since voicemails can be left on the number I have electronically checked it.  There are several harassing voicemails from a bill collector I am assuming for whomever had this number before. Can I change this number?

You would need to call into Comcast and ask them that question directly...

 

You could just BLOCK that number if you can identify it using the Call Blocking feature online here:  https://pf.connect.comcast.net/OptimusPref/prefs/voice
