I have no idea what my pass code is to get my voice messages.   How can I get this code?

Do you maybe mean the pin number?  Are you a recent subsciber to digital voice?

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

You can change or reset your voice mail password by accessing the Digital Voice Center at

 

https://digitalvoice.comcast.net

 

and choosing the preferences / voice mail tab.

 

Under that is the section for voice mail security

You can also choose to not use your voice mail password for checking messages at home (*99).  In that case, you would still use the password for accessing voice mail from the outside.
