Caller id no longer appeares on tv screen since tech installed new modem

Start by unplugging the AC power cord on the DVR for 2 minutes, then power it up again, test in 45 minutes.

 

Otherwise it is a code issue on your account that any Comcast support person can repair if you call it in.
