I want to know when Comcast is going to get the time correct. I have gotten home at 6PM to find out about a call made at 8PM the same day. They must assume I am on Eastern time - but I am in California. When are they going to correct this problem?
Please share what has happend when you contacted Comcast support abou this. Did they put in a ticket, or not?

My contact with Comcast has not been very good. I think I had a reasonable comment -
and no one seems to understand it. Unfortunately, I have spent hours trying to complain
thru their system - and I have had other things to do. they need to come up with a clear
solution - and fix their system so that others do not have the same problem.

Has there been a solution for this issue? I have the same problem. The time appears correctly when I look at messages on my computer, but within the voice mail message itself, when I'm told the time of the call, it's an hour later than the current time. I'm in the central time zone, but voice mail gives time as in eastern. Thanks!
