What is the charge for making calls to Europe?  --  specifically Poland.

Accepted Solution

Re: telephone

You need to be logged into your Comcast account in order to see them geek46, the link also did change. Make sure that you are logged into your Comcast account and this following link should get you there.  http://www.comcast.com/international-voice?showiro=yes   , if you are not logged in into the account it might give you an error.  You might also need to disable pop ups when accessing it. -FC

Comcast recently changed their website which showed per minute rates so it is not available online any longer....  for the current rates, call into Comcast and speak with a CSR @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489

Yes, that link works, but why is it no longer included on http://www.xfinity.com/international-voice ?  There used to be a link on the page worded something like "click here for rates" that brought up the "showiro=yes" popup, but it's not there anymore, logged in or not logged in.  Why not? Are the rates no longer current?

Sure, we can post the link to the "showiro=yes" popup, but wouldn't it make more sense to just include a link right on the http://www.xfinity.com/international-voice page? Why force customers to call Customer Service or post here in the forums to find information that should be linked right there on that page, as it was not so long ago???

Re: telephone

BruceW thanks for the feedback. We also do have the link here http://customer.xfinity.com/help-and-support/phone/international-calling-rates/ but you do have to be logged in. I will forward this to the team that works with the webpage to see if it can be included on the link you provided. I completely agree that it would be better and make a lot more sense for it to be there as well. -FC
