I am considering signing up for the Seasonal Convenience Plan. What will callers hear if they dial my phone number while my service is on this plan? Will they be able to leave messages that I can retirieve remotely?

Callers may hear nothing....your services are not operational during the plan.  Everything is turned OFF.

Bear in mind that only residents in the following states can use the Seasonal Convenience plan: Florida, Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana.


The Support Forums are "public" forums and you should not post identifiable information - (full name, account number, address, phone numbers & email addresses).  Users of these forums are Comcast customers, the same as you & me and volunteer their time to assist with the issues and/or problems that you may be experiencing.
