Before my old T-mobile number was ported over, I was given a temporary number. The temporary number was posted on my Digital Voice Center under my account info. When my T-mobile number was ported over, the temporary number was inactivated and I started using my T-mobile. 

But.. Comcast has not changed the number on my Digital Voice Center to my T-mobile number. It's still the temporary number!  As a result I can't access voice mail over the internet. Calls, Chat Sessions, Emails have not helped.

Since you have attempted resolution, I have notified the Comcast admin team for correction.  You will be hearing back from them in a couple of days.
