porting nightmare No phone for two Weeks

I live and do tech support in The Promenade in Bethesda MD. I have Comcast as do many of my other clients.

 

I have two elderly clients who I convinced to switched to Comcast, Installation went well. The one exception is the phone. They have been unable to receive calls for two weeks. The can make outgoing call on the ported number but not receive and. I have called the service number numerous times to no avail. They promise to call back and another week goes by. I was told on Thursday that someone would get back within the hour and I never got a call.

 

He has alzheimers  and their relatives have no other way to reach them.

 

Please Help!
