Do you have any other devices connected to your phone jacks in the house?  Do you have an alarm connected to the phone service?

 

If you state No to the above questions, and have already rebooted the modem/gateway, you need to call into Comcast driectly toi register a trouble ticket for your failed services.  You can also contact them via online chat by going here:  https://www.comcastsupport.com/chatentry/
