If neither of the following restore your callerid, call into Comcast and request the CSR to check that the CallerID Rate Code is active.

Or this for legacy cable   https://www.xfinity.com/support/phone/settings-for-the-universal-caller-id-to-tv-app/

 

If the above does not help, call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR to ensure the CallerID Rate Code is active on your account.

Hi ComcastJoeTru,

 

UPDATE:  Spoke with customer service and they have confirmed both problems are related to incorrect CallerID Rate Code.  Issue has been elevated to next tier support for resolution.

 

I am also having issue that caller ID does not appear on TV.  Followed instructions from "geek46" without success. 

 

In addition, have a problem with call history.  Clicking on tab returns "Your call history is empty."

 

Switched to Voice yesterday from Vonage. Is it possible that backend services, including Call Logs, were not associated correctly when the number was ported in?

 

Please advise.  Thank you.
