phone just rings. voice mail doesn't pick up

When a call comes in, the phone just rings and rings. the voice mail never picks up.

 

what is wrong?

Sometimes this is a simple as having the Voicemail Code on your account... especially ifyou just changed bundled services....

 

SUggest you call into Comcast or CHAT with a CSR and ensure that you have VM coded and working!!!!
