I can call out on my phone, but unable to receive calls.

Are you a new customer or have you had a non pay disconnect recenty? If Not please call your call center and advise them of the issue and they will be able to get a ticket in to our help desk department to get the issue fixed.

I can't get a dialtone on my phone. I have rebooted the "Box" still nothing.

If you can go online, check for outages using this https://downdetector.com/status/comcast-xfinity...

If the map does not show anything, call 1-880-comcast and tell them you are having problems.

If you don't call, they won't know!
