I apologize for the trouble you are having with this. I reviewed the modem and was able to notice some signal problems that could be causing the phone issues. If you already tried re-adjusting the connections we might need to send a tech out. -FC

Been having same issue(s),  Have have tecnicians in and out of house multiple times over the last 8 weeks.  Told it is a system issue probably within 200 feet of my house.  Why can;t they find and fix it!!!!!!!
