Use XFINITY Connect
- Go to Xfinity.com and click the Menu button.
- Select the Voice icon in the drop-down list.
- Enter your primary XFINITY username and password.
- Click the Voice tab and your call records will display.
Call Record Information
All calls will appear on your call records within 20 minutes of being made or received and will be visible for up to 90 days. Additional call records can be accessed in My Account:
- Go to www.xfinity.com and click on the My Account tab at the top of the page.
- Sign in using your XFINITY username and password.
- In the Services section of the page, click on the Voice tile.
- Click on the blue arrow next to Call log in the Voice Settings section.
