Wehave no dial tone again. Second time in mo. .. Have done all the suggestions. Plus our cable tv goes off several times a day or week at the least. Says wait program is available soon, but we have waited hours several times after even rebooting.

If you having RF signal issues affecting your TV and phone then you need a tech out to troubleshoot and fix the issue.  It can't be fixed remotely.

 

Contact Comcast support and insist on a tech visit.  1-800-266-2278
