nomorobo set up does not work

nomorobo set up does not work

Have followed directions for nomorob set  up and it does not work --any suggestions???Used Xfinity directions for set up.

There are two places to check....For nomorbo to work Voice2Go must be turned on for the phone number.  Go to the link below signed in as primary account and see if it is on.  If not turn it on.

Then you must set up selective call forwarding.   Go to the link below if Voice2Go is turned on you will be able to set up advanced call forwarding for nomrobo.
