no voicemai setup

no voicemai setup

recently moved, noticed that I did not have voicemail. did *99 to set up and it tells me it's not available and hangs up.

Call into COmcast and have them ensure that your Voice Services were also MOVED as well... many strange things happen to accounts when moving....   services drop off, services get added, provisioning codes get missed....   it's the only sure way to get it fixed.
