no dial tone

hello,

 

I have triple play, my internet, tv works fine, but I don't have a dial tone and the phone light on the modem is blinking. I tried to reset it, but it didn't work! I can't even call Comcast!

Please help!

I have the same issue, can't call them...my light on the tower isn't on but the CSR on chat told me they are having a connectivity issue (BS) and told me to chat back in a few hours...I am so MAD!

I'm having the same issue.. Triple play  - phone = very unhappy with services

i'm having the same issue everything works but my phone and i also have the triple pay package. and the light on the modem for the phone service is just blinking and i've also tried resetting the modem and still the same problem

I was having same problem. I just unplugged modem and then plugged back in and I now have a dial tone.
