no business class phone service

Both of my phone lines are out. Modem lights are off for both lines. Both lines have a busy signal. Calling either line from a cell phone doesn't connect. Tried calling 800-391-3000 business class support. Call gets disconnected when trying to access tech support. Is there a way to contact Comcast to report a problem for business class service? Tried a chat session and was told the chat service is for home users only and that I should call the support number.
