nightmare on digital phone service street

Just a quick warning to everyone thinking about switching over to the digital phone service - I took the bait, phoned into comcast and blended my internet, TV, and phone service (and upgraded to the new phone service) to a single account and bill. Within minutes my internet connection went dead. It took three tech support people about two hours to get me back to where I was before I "upgraded". I will be looking for a new phone service on Monday - does anyone have any good experiences with phone companies they can share? Thanks.

When's the last breathalyzer this message mover took? The last 2 have been read dillies, but you can spare me the fun please and get back on-topic.

I'm curious what was so wrong with moving this thread about digital phone service to the digital voice forum.. that it constitutes a dilly

A fair question.  Your posting history reveals the soul of someone who's fun-loving, flexible, and possessed of a wonderful self-deprecating sense of humor.  Not a trace of humorlessness, rigidity, or pompousness.  That's what makes you so delightful in these forums.  I can only assume you display the same charming traits in real life.

Pretty cute, though not very original. Somewhat along those lines, I would have included truth and fair play. Come to think of it, you may have answered the question.

(Truth be told, I don't think the OP is really expecting help - I think he just wanted to vent about his dissatisfaction with CDV.  Hence, your demand that we get back "on-topic" strikes me as being rhetorical.  But maybe not.)
 
CT and I are still both kind of wondering who your "message mover" remark was aimed at (I can't move messages, and CT's move of this thread was perfectly sensible).
